Anand Reddy is the Executive Director of PBEL Property Development Pvt. Ltd. (India), and Founder Director of INCOR, a Hyderabad-based property development start-up that has spread its presence in Residential & Healthcare verticals. Currently PBEL has 11 million sft of land under development and has made investments of more than Rs 600 crores in land banks and construction in Hyderabad, Chennai and Mysore. Anand’s stint till date with PBEL has seen the company growing from strength to strength. He has been instrumental in roping in partners such as L&T; and Coromandel Engineering Company (Murgappa Group) .

Anand is an engineer and has had successful tenures working in India and US in companies like HP and EA. Anand started a mobile gaming company HANREJ in 2002, which was later acquired by a US major Jamdat Mobile, before moving into the real estate space.
Anand believes that knowledge sharing can be a catalyst of professional and intellectual growth. He is an active member of the Hyderabad chapter of CREDAI – India’s reputed property developers’ association. Many a national forums have engaged Anand as an enthused speaker on urban-centric subjects.
